DMCA and Rights-Holder Notices
Crackstreams does not host or rebroadcast sports video. We nevertheless take credible copyright and rights-holder notices seriously.
What a Notice Should Include
- Identification of the copyrighted work or protected material.
- The exact Crackstreams page URL and a clear description of the material or link at issue.
- The reporting partyβs name and a reliable contact method.
- A statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information supplied is accurate.
- Confirmation that the reporting party is the rights holder or is authorized to act for the rights holder.
How Notices Are Reviewed
Use the contact page and select the rights-holder or legal category once the live contact method has been configured. A complete notice will be reviewed against the published page and relevant source. Links or material may be removed while a credible complaint is investigated.
Misidentification
A notice should not be used to remove lawful commentary, factual references or material the sender does not control. Knowingly false or misleading claims may create legal consequences.
Repeat Issues
If user-submitted content or external-link submissions are introduced later, the site operator should adopt a documented repeat-infringer process appropriate to that functionality and jurisdiction.
